Our Refund and Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring a transparent, user-friendly experience. Please review the following policy for information regarding refunds and exchanges.

1. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with a product, we recommend first contacting the seller or support team. Sellers have the most comprehensive understanding of their items and are typically best equipped to resolve technical concerns.

Eligible Technical Issues Include:
  • Errors that prevent the item from functioning as described.
  • Features or functionalities shown in the preview or listing that are missing in the download.
Issues Not Covered as Technical Problems:
  • Incompatibility with platforms not listed in the product description.
  • Lack of technical expertise to operate the item.
  • Usage of the item in a way not intended by the seller.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. The following scenarios are eligible for exchanges:

Eligible Exchange Scenarios:
  • Wrong Version Purchased: If you accidentally purchased the incorrect version, please buy the correct version and provide both order numbers to process the refund of the original purchase.
    • Example: Purchased a React version but intended to buy Angular.
  • Incorrect License Selected: Purchase the correct license and submit a request with the original order number.
  • Wrong Payment Method Used: Complete the purchase using the correct payment method and submit both order numbers for refund processing.

Note: Exchanges are only valid for the same product with structural differences (e.g., license type or framework variation).

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must also be made within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are issued at our sole discretion under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Reasons:
  • Unresolvable Technical Issue: A reproducible error that the seller is unable to fix.
  • Misrepresentation: The product differs from what is advertised in the listing or preview (e.g., missing key features or assets).
  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental multiple purchases of the same item.

Sufficient detail must be provided to verify the issue (screenshots, steps to reproduce errors, etc.).

4. Exclusions — Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:
  • The purchase was made over 7 days ago.
  • You are unable to download due to internet limitations.
  • You lack the technical skills required to use the product
  • The item is incompatible with platforms not specified in the listing.
  • You or your client no longer need the product.
  • You changed your mind or found a different item.
  • You downloaded the item and then claimed it was a mistaken purchase.
  • You subjectively dislike the quality of the product
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously. Accounts with a chargeback will be permanently closed, and access to all purchased items will be revoked.

If a PayPal dispute is initiated, your account will be temporarily suspended until resolution. Upon confirmation that the dispute has been canceled, account access may be restored.

We encourage you to reach out to our support team before raising any payment dispute to ensure a smooth resolution.
